1. What TVHub is

TVHub is a television listing and information service. We publish programme schedules and link to third-party broadcasters. TVHub does not host, store, upload, proxy, or re-transmit any video, audio or stream. All playback happens on the destination broadcaster's own site or app.

2. Use of the site

You may use TVHub for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades service for others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or its data;
• use the site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• present TVHub content as your own, or remove attribution notices.

3. Listings accuracy

Schedules change frequently and without notice. We publish listings from third-party data sources in good faith but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm with the broadcaster before relying on a schedule.

4. Intellectual property

Channel names, network logos, and programme titles are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. TVHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any television network. The layout, code and original editorial text of this site are ours.

Programme schedule data is supplied by TVmaze under CC BY-SA 4.0 and is shared under the same licence, with attribution.

5. Third-party sites

Links to broadcasters and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, or practices, and we are not responsible for them. Availability of many free streams is geo-restricted by the broadcaster's licence.

6. Advertising

The site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are provided by third parties and do not constitute an endorsement by TVHub.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVHub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
