What to include
- For a listing correction: the channel name, the date, and what you believe is wrong.
- For a broken link: the page URL on TVHub and the broadcaster page it should point to.
- For a takedown or legal request: proof of ownership or authorisation, the exact URLs, and the right you are asserting. We respond to valid rights-holder requests promptly.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge messages within 5 business days. Rights-holder requests are prioritised. Please note we cannot provide technical support for third-party broadcaster platforms — for account or playback issues, contact the broadcaster directly.
